Welding process includes TIG, Mig, and Spot welding methods using state of art Machinery

All Welders are required to pass an extensive welding test program starting at L1 graduating to L6

Certification: IN HOUSE TESTING Program equal to or exceeding AWS Standards.

Screened Filter Rack Assembly Keeps-out unwanted debris and insects.

Filter Rack allows for Standard Filter size of 12” x 12” x 1” Held securely with full length Stainless Steel Spring.  Optional Filter Rack Sizes are available by special order ONLY

N4 3-Point Padlocking L-Handle with Standard Corbin #2 Security lock or Best Lock mounting provisions. Purchaser need to specify Lock provisions

All hardware is stainless steel or aluminum.

19" Rack system factory set @ 18.31 from center to center of Rail mounting holes. Rails have 1/2 to 1/2 to 5/8 spacing intervals, 33 working units ea. Rack is built rigid frame style and can be adjusted up or down by adjusting rail mounting Z-brackets, typically (3) Three per side.
